I have the same type. I used mine for 6 days then 3 days until power was restored from two hurricanes that hit within two weeks of each other. It ran a fringe, window AC unit, TV Sat. lights, oven, water pump. It was a God send.

UPDATE: Geoff12052 is my husband. The generator finally ran out of gas after 17.5 hours. Apparently, this one is the "for sale in California only" model, so instead of the usual 5 gallon tank, this one has the 7 gallon tank. And instead of 8250 starting watts, this one has 8550.

I have one, and I'm in oregon so I don't think it's just for sale in Cali, normaly things are marked, not for sale in cali. not only in cali

I work at Lowe's where we deliver these. In our database, it says "CA Model Only". Better emissions I guess.. :)

No kidding? I have a lawn mower that say 'NOT FOR SALE IN CALIFORNIA' but now that I think about my gen only has a 5 gallon tank, we had it running a huge freezer and a fridge.. It didn't last the night...
