  • he's is so cute ^///^ yeah I was like it so cute and my family like uh 0.o it's a crow their ugly but I think they are so cute XD I want one he looks so happy thanks for uploading

  • I wanna pet crow but my mum won't let me! >.<

    I'll get 1 when I'm older[;

  • That is too cool! I can't believe u Hav a pet crow! That's really cool. I would be scared that he might bite. Has he ever bitten b4? He seems too friendly. That's so cool that u trained him to be nice! How old is he? This video is too cute! Check out my pet Parrotlet videos. My bird's always hated water bcuz I Hav to squirt him with water to stop him from screaming. Poor Scooter.

  • you should put some kind of bath mat in the tub so he could stand better

  • Crows like most wild birds are federally protected. You must have a permit to rehab/keep a bird and then only for educational purposes.

  • @radiokacy ]

And it's never really enforced either, so it doesn't matter.

  • @radiokacy #1 It's a crow, most people, sadly enough, think they're filthy, disgusting, stupid animals, which they are not, but it is a fact that most people think that. #2, how many people do you know that have a pet crow? That's what I thought. Obviously if they've had it for 7 or 8 years, I'd say they're doing a pretty good fucking job. he seems happy too. So don't be dumping on people's video's. Go join a "Save the Animals" club or something.

  • i have a question .. how did this all start and how when you first got it, did it act wild like a crow on the street ? how did you train it ahhahah

  • What a beautiful bird! :D

  • Sounds like a lawnmower trying to start ^.^ (1:38-1:56)

  • Very cool! We have a pet European Starling that we rescued. Just an amazing pet. I have a new appreciation for birds and love seeing videos of people interacting with their rescued birds. Good luck with The Judge! Such a great name!

  • where did u get your pet crow? did you save him from a nest that was abandoned or did you buy him somewhere? just wondering cuz i think they rock

  • @itachifan275 lol my dad saved him!

  • The crow was trying to get water on its top feathers. You should of sprinkled some on. It keeps its feathers healthy.

  • @mrpayne123 Crows do a very good job of that all by themselves... they tend to shun help in the bath.

  • Crows do just fine by themselves. From our experience they tend to shun help in the bath.

  • Cool video. How does one go about getting a pet crow? What do you feed it? Have you tested their amazing intelligence?

  • @drunkasssteve Luck. Food... nearly anything. Yes and no.

  • @drunkasssteve food cat or dog food

  • Wow, what a great name for your crow!

  • wat do u feed meat eating birds like crows and magpies. just mice, like snakes or balls of mince?

  • @sylar1989 i'll anser that.....NOOO!

  • This is amazing. I hear a little kid's laughter. Can't be older than 5. You say you've had The Judge for 7 or 8 years? That is amazing that that kid, if your's, grew up around The Judge, and The Judge is perfectly fine with a child around. I applaud.

  • @Sheawnbio ummm i was 5 years old and i did not grow up him

  • Forgive me honey... I never know if I'm on your page or mine. I love you sweetie!

  • @bootsykronos ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh okay! just look on the top right hand corner

  • hi dad. WHYDID YOU YOUSE MY YOUTUBE PAGE!

  • does it caw a lot?

  • No way! I would never clip any birds wings... if he wants to go so be it. The Judge only flew away once, he made a huge circle and landed right at my feet. This is Bootsykronos typing here btw... lpsfantacyfilms is my daughter. I'm to lazy to sign her out and sign me in.

  • @lpsfantasyfilms can i del this???????????

  • @my Dad: 2wice

  • Here come the judge...lol.

Please tell me you didn't clip his wings. If you didn't then that's cool. I love crows they are so peaceful and intelligent. I love all birds, Seagulls are cool too.

  • Ahhh. I love this little video. He's eight years old here!

  • how did you get him as a pet?

  • thats a raven look at its beak from the side iths broad where a crow has a thiner beak from the side

  • @flubberflubby Your mistaken. The Judge is/was a crow.

  • @liawoodson ecem

  • @flubberflubby a raven would be alot bigger at this age

  • @probe5656 your right

  • A friend pointed out that somebody had a post on Craigs list and was trying to find a home for a baby crow... I drove out yesterday (200m round trip) and we now have a very sweet little baby crow. The Judge II; just fed, watered and medicated (swollen eyes. Should be fine in a day or two) this morning. Video soon. Thanks for all of the very kind posts!

  • Rehab nazi's. Sheesh. It's this unforgiving, elitist, and narrow minded mentality that hurt animals just as much as well a misguided person. You enlighten and help with respect, questions about the situation, listenening and discussing. Not lecturing. Not alienating people. You will reach no one with your opinions and experiences that way.

Love your baby, thanks for sharing the movie.

  • well , here in our country they are pests , but as an companion they live very very much , so a few generations of the family will have it as a pet .

  • Judge Crow-I like it! Nice bird, splish splash!

  • No. Like The Judge from Cormac McCarthy's Blood Meridian.

  • Like the old Pontiac? "The judge".

  • "The Judge" = EPIC NAME!

  • btw- I'm fully aware of the restrictions and also fully aware of the difficulty those restrictions place upon the person trying to find care for an injured crow. Its impossible to find anyone to care for a hurt crow. In my view, as a person who really gives a shit, the regulations are senseless and frankly do more to malign our relationship with crows as co-inhabitants on this earth than my contribution of compassionate care and companionship. The Judge and I lived together 10 years.

  • Hooray!!! You go crow friends! Migratory bird laws are meant to PROTECT wild species, not make compassion illegal. Most good rehabers and vets will give advice so long as people educate themselves so they don't accidentally do more harm than good.

  • 'I'm not allowed to help an injured crow unless I have permits.' Go to hell.

  • @bootsykronos no shit dude thats what i say me and my family have rescued racoons opossams fox's coyotes and alot more and guess what no permit and we even asked IT WAS LEGAL cause they seen the shape they were in b4 and then how they were when we kept them cause one of are fuck head neihbors called the cops on us cause he seen we owned them and i own a snapping turtle without a permit now

  • Yes we will get another crow! Not until late spring though. Thank you for all the kindness shown herein...

  • ge another?.. how exactly do you get one in the first place? do you have to get them when theyre just hatchlings? or is there a place?

  • @sike357 you got to go find a nest in late spring and then take the egg out of the nest (only one though) and then incubate it and it will hatch and stay with you for ever- provided you treat it well

  • uhh...and where exactly can i find a crows net..?? and is this illigal? i live in canada, and how mwould you incubate it? with howmuch heat and such?

    thanks for the help! ;)

  • I am really sorry to hear about your loss :( do you think you'll ever get another one?

  • What beautiful memories thoughs creatures must have blessed you with. You are very lucky to have had such a relationship built with them. They are so mystifying...

  • It takes a little while for them to understand water can be good for bathing... once a crow gets used to bathing it becomes pretty much a daily thing. Also the water has to be clean and not more than an inch or so deep.

  • my crow doesn't like the water, its like its afraid, can you please tell me why?

  • Thanks for that... still feels mighty weird not having The Judge yell at me every morning. Caw! Caw! Get over here, scratch me behind the ears and feed me! Sigh.

  • bootsykronos,

I am very sorry to hear that. I stumbled across your video by accident and I am still bewitched by this lovely creature. It is always hard to lose a companion, but please accept my condolence although I never knew The Judge.

  • After nearly 10 years as my constant companion The Judge and his new friend Buddie were killed this past Monday night by raccoons. We miss them both so much...

  • The Judge had been culled or somehow fell out of his nest when newly hatched. He was nearly dead of exposure and sunburned (he had only a few feathers) so I forced some apple juice in him and he woke right up and ha been my good friend for nine years now. The new addition- Buddy- came along due to a very broken wing. He'll never fly but is happy as a uh, lark.

  • Damn, my crow is getting terrified by the bathtub. She does bath a lot in smaller dishes though.

  • how did you acquire these crows?

  • Dry cat food and lots of it. We now have a second crow (Buddy) who has joined The Judge... he loves the company!

  • What does he eat?

  • please add another video, i realy like to see your crow :)

  • guess didn´t feel well being recorded in this private situation.i wouldn´t like to be recorded while taking a bath!

  • Thats a cute crow.
