It's about this play boy and one day he goes home and his little 5 year old cousin is there, and he ends up taking care of her because her mother has left her. And then the play boy (kippei) starts getting more serious and he starts going out with kokoro and stops being a play boy for her. Thats the main plot. The anime is really good and if you like the anime, then you should read the manga cuz the endings are different.
