Fat comes from EXCESS sugars and starches etc in your body, the EXCESS sugars and starches come from FOOD which means your eating EXCESS amounts of FOOD. Its not anyones fault your fat except YOURS. You don't need to eat that much to survive, theres countless charity and rescue organizations that have proved that. So stop trying to draw attention to yourself for your pity party. This is not always true..see me? I hardly eat.. not bcuz of dieting reasons, but bcuz I don't feel hungry..i eat maybe 1 meal a day? that too, not proper.. I have no idea why I'm overweight, but I guess it's due to the fact that when I was a kid, I became overweight, and that not bcuz of my own eating habits, but I was force-fed.
