Yeah people can have favorites, but some countries defintely stand out with rich well combined flavors such as Mexico, India, Japan, Thailand, Italy, France, China, Lebanon + other Middle Eastern countries.

OMG, brain tacos are super tasty! I can't believe last time I went to Tijuana I didn't have any. Probably didn't b/c I tend to go for the tripe and asada tacos (my favorites). Oh, and if you think that you can get the same good quality tacos in SoCal, you are so wrong! I Iived there for many years and never found such thing. There are some descent taquerias but they can't never get right smoked flavor in the meat, and they don't put guacamole on the tacos.
