I first heard this song when Yim Yames sang it as part of his solo set at the Kentuckians For The Commonwealth show December 29, 2011. At first, I thought it was one of the songs on his soon-to-be-released solo album. Then I discovered this wonderful track from Abbey Lincoln here on YouTube. I'm glad I found it. I think she has a great voice, and this song is a wonderful piece of American Jazz. I hope Yim Yames will sing it often on his future solo tour.
