Great great ideas! I got my mom the Kindle for her birthday! After watching this video, I decided to get her the iTouch AND a prepaid cell phone. This is way cheaper than the iPhone (especially for her monthly expenses since she rarely uses her cell phone) and since she travels a lot, she doesn't have to worry about not being able to call home. I bought her a TracFone. It was $30 for the phone and they have international plans which call the same as local calls. She's gonna love it!
