Okay I tracked down the Hiragana version of the lyrics and then put each line through bablefish as multiple lines creates nonsense.

Though the translation is exact it's pretty close and has given me a rough idea of what the song means.

It's not as happy as it sounds...I'm not sure how to explain what it's about though just that it's actually kinda sad, but seems to hold hope as well.
