I was obsessed with the PPG, so let me toss some knowledge at you so-called "PPG aficionados". This was in the old episodes I watched when I was like 7. The RRB were created by Mojo JoJo with snips and snails and puppy dog tails. They were made to defeat the PPG, and did. Having no idea how to defeat their gross, boy-ish villians, the girls asked for help from the most feminine lady they could think of; Miss Sarah Bellum. She then told the girls to kill the boys with kindness, and girlyness.
