WALK-A-BIKE makes it easy to walk or jog long distances with the bicycle at his/her side. Walk your max without the worry of not being able to make it back due to, foot pain, leg cramps, or just plain fatigue. When you reach your maximum walking/jogging distance, just bicycle back. Adding bicycling to your walking fitness program provides a more diverse exercising routine.

I am 32 years old and have a history of joint pain. I lost 100 pounds in weight over 2 years power walking (I now weigh 156 pounds). There is much less risk of injury power walking than running or jogging. I believe only swimming offers less impact on your joints. I combine this with 2 weight sessions a week (at home) and I am now super healthy with a great permanent diet of good food. Losing weight and becoming healthy was so much easier than I thought and its so much fun too. Good luck!
I learned to walk when i was 10 months old. Serious? Try 4x4 minute intervalls with 80-90%mhb (below acid-threshold) intensity, and 70% in the breaks inbetween. It don't matter if you walk, run, rolls or skip, it's the intensity your heart feels which makes the difference.
i have been walking to and from school every day (approx a 20 minute walk) and i haven't been seeing much of a difference. I want to lose weight in my hips, thighs/ inner thighs... anny suggestions?

power walking is proven to burn calories and fat and moreso than running - without injury to joints. If you do it properly.

Hi 20 minutes walk is not enough to walk your legs if you are not doing any other exercise.
At least do it as a daily duty whihc you feel compulsory... at least 2 hours walk every day and fast proper walk,

If i power walk everyday, will i lose the fats around my waist area?

Only if you compliment your routine with a low-fat, low-carb diet. I power walk as well as weight training and yes, you will lose fat all over.
