2: Itachi doesnt have a Disease, You should watch closely or read.

3: Itachi was trying to do two things, become stronger than Madara or make Sasugay stronger than Madara.

4: When he was dying and touched Sasugay, he put an Amaterasu to activate when Madara pulls out his Eyehax.
