you've crossed the line by bringing up religion yourself, you are right nowhere in Islam it says makeup is haram, but doesn't mean its halal. As you can see Khol is allowed by the following evidence. Whatever Allah is silent about is lawful. The lawful and unlawful are made clear in the Qur'an and Authentic Sunnah. I have never come across any ayah or Hadith to say "make up is forbidden" or "thou shalt not wear make up", therefore regarding make up halal. This is based on the understanding of Scholars upon the Q&S only. And of course, wearing make up to conceal or enhance naturally falls under lawful (like Dina).

Do a color that's good for the lighting when you're on camera - maybe a dark camel color a la Tuscany. If not, do chalkboard and then draw all over it with colored chalk. OR you can do a turquoise and magenta color blocking if you were thinking of something more bold. Salaam Alaykum!
