Looks like they just knocked off the Jaybird Sportsband headphones. I would pick up BBP's Mobiband which are very similar except they fold and have touch controls.

@pufferfish142 I've got a set of these and they will stay on for sport... However the only weakness I found was when you lye down to watch a video, ie on an iPad in bed, they slide backwards slightly...
