• wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • that has to be the worlds worst earthquake simulator.

  • Yeah send the kid to turn off the gas.

  • Sounds more like Hong Kong to me. Regardless, very serious business though.

  • if only it were real. Simulations are nothing like the real thing. Not even close. Not by a long shot.

  • Earthquake,Earthquake,Earthquake! Every single minute there's an earthquake.

Last week,4.5 struck toronto,Canada.Lives 19 miles away south and earthquake struck 8 miles away.It shook my house a little. When it started, it was like a 7.0

  • @sazzychic01 the end of the world is coming.

  • o.<

  • he seems concerned for standing there while it happens.

  • 好似好恐怖... 其實呢日本有邊度可以去體驗地震呀? (我都係香港人 ==")

  • instructif thank you.

  • What a stupid simulation! Why in the hell did they cover their heads with pillows for a moment!?! I hope that's not standard practice in japan :)

  • It is a standard practice in Japan, since they have so many earthquakes. The reason they cover their heads with pillows before they go under the table is because of anything that might fall between those times.

  • thats Chinese not jap

  • in any earthquake you must be: no laughing, no screaming, no running, stay calm

  • UAAA!

  • for all you stupid people its a STIMULATION!

  • Look who's talking its SIMULATION not S"T"IMULATION.

  • hehehe nice one.............

  • It's too funny, like a satire of chinese..."Unda da taybow! Unda da taybow! EYA HO JI CHONG NANG DO CHUNG CONG", he panicks and starts clucking away in chinese real fast. Heh.

  • Just because everyone carries their own pillow at the dinner table.

  • ese es un simulacro de terremoto en china

  • lol those table is not good to save ur life XD

  • I'm italian, i don't live in an eartquake territory like japan, but i can say thank you for this video. It is example to what to do in this event.

  • In Italy they do this at school (not everywhere,it dipends) once every year...Japan is the example to follow because they're very strict and prepared.Italy is as dangerous as Japan.

  • form .39 to .45 is funny

  • Ha ha ha, lame.

  • anda da taaabole

  • Why does that TV look like a window?

  • 震度3か4のシミュレーション?

    どうせなら震度6か7をやればいいのにw

  • The window shows every possible view of the city under carnage. LOL. Why are chicks peeping. I guess it's common to have baby chicks around. I hope the baby chicks have cushions and little tables to die under

  • very goodaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • 地震こええw やだー(´・ω・`)

  • Funny how the title claims it's an earthquake in Tokyo (Japan), yet everyone's speaking Chinese.

  • @jamesjr934 it's probably a japanese earthquake museum or something.

  • the sign is in Japanese...and there are many Chinese who live and visit in Japan.

...this looks like a museum simulation...not a Chinese house.

  • the dad made the kid do all the work lol Turn of the GAS!!! Under the Table!!!!!

  • ah cabrón! están chingones los cascos!

  • i think this was like.. a thing to show yu how yu should act in a earthquake? LOL

idk it was pretty fake.. but it was shaking doesnt seem as hard though

  • unda de tabre!!!!!!!!!!!

  • good parents, let the lil boy turn off the gas. thats awesome.

  • UNDA THE TABRE!!!

  • sounds like a bird at 0:55

  • hahahahahahha

    "GWAAAAA"

  • You made my day

  • wow thats kinda realistic..

  • Read the info on this video:

A major earthquake of 7 magnitude occurred in a Tokyo firestation simulation room in July 2006.

  • he's speaking english!

  • "okay"

    hahahahahahah

  • I think it's one of those earthquake houses they use to simulate damage. I've never seen them put people in them though.

  • TOKYO??WHY THE GUY SPEAKS CHINESE???

  • dam that was funny

  • anda de tabo anda de tabo!!

  • cool

  • That is an earthquake chamber used in japan to train families and kids in earthquake situations

  • Yeah, like your going to be waiting around all day with your custion!!

  • i don't go anywhere without mine ^_^

  • hee hee...me too

  • lmao

  • i think he is trying to teach the kids what to do if an earthquake happens

  • sigan relajando chino .. y ahora lo pudieron hacer de verdad

  • UNDA DA TABOL!

  • isn't this weird? strange coincidence: check out what's playing on their TV. it appears to be recorded footage of a previous quake, and i think I recognize it - if you keyword search rare footage japan earthquake sept 7, 1966....isn't that the same footage

  • not real

  • i think they hongkong ppl lol.. they speak cantonese.. -.-

  • dude dont be racist im veit but mostly american and this is fake0_o look at window i thought i saw a bear

  • It says in the description that it is a simulation room.

  • hahaha under the table under the table sheshug nagahooha

  • and plus they're chise people not japanese.

  • I know that they're Chinese people...but they must learn the ways to save themselves if an actual earthquake occurs. That's why they're in a simulation room to learn how to act when this actually happens.

  • TURN OFF THE GAS, UNDER THE TABLE!

  • Considering the convenience and likelyhood of having pillows on one's table, it sure seems a good idea to me. You know, for the little quakes where you couldn't be bothered to get under the table. :P

  • zzzzzzz.. this is a fucking earthquake simulation, The video and the title are different by far

  • so funny i wont to do that

  • so bad...

  • chinese!!!!!!!!!

  • wa???

  • wa???

  • yeah they are chinese people

  • Obviously a simulation. The blue screen earthquake footage in the back looked bizarre. They should have put Godzilla clips in there. Actually I don't know why this clip says "Tokyo", because the director was speaking in Chinese. The pillow over the head was hysterical tho.

  • ya i know wtf

  • A major earthquake of 7 magnitude occurred in a Tokyo firestation simulation room in July 2006

  • I like how they put pillows over their heads...like that's going to help any.

  • Looks like a simulation to me. Judging from the video playing behind them.

  • Like the description: "Tokyo firestation simulation room"

  • zaffuto: Man you people make me laugh; read the description.

  • what the,, it's chinese

  • i like the fact that they can just go back to normal life str8 away after,,, " ah ok let's have dinner"

  • does someone remember 1985 mexico?

    it was fucking horrible!

  • cool

  • I'm no earthquake expert but have been in several fairly big ones, like the Loma Prieta and Northridge quakes. What is depicted looks like what I experienced in the Whittier quake in the eighties--things start shaking, you get scared, then it stops shaking. Check out You Tube videos of the earthquake in Kobe, Japan for what a magnitude 7 quake looks like. "Get under the table?" The table, stove, and the teapot should be flying around the room!

  • Thank you birdgirl1968 for sharing your experience.

From record, the Loma Prieta quake occurred in 1989 in San Francisco Bay Area with a magnitude of 7. While the Northridge quake occured in L.A. in 1994 with a magnitude of 6.7. Both big ones!

  • The"under the table" action is what the Japanese authority disseminates while we were visiting a fire station in Tokyo. The station is responsible to educate residents and tourists of what to do in the event of an earthquake. It is thought to be the most sensible thing to do if you were in an apartment.

  • I'd be cool to feel that. In a simulation, I mean.

  • From record, the Northridge quake in 1994 was in Los Angeles USA with 6.7 magnitude. While the Sylmar quake in 1971 was in San Francisco USA with 6.6 magnitude, measured in Richter scale.

  • To sirchu88: The 1971 Sylmar quake did not happen in San Francisco. Sylmar is located in the north end of the San Fernando Valley in the city of Los Angeles. The Sylmar quake is also sometimes referred to as the San Fernando quake. San Fernando is a separate city also located in the north end of the San Fernando Valley. The epicenter for the event was nearby these communities in the San Gabriel Mts.

  • Thank you for the correction from bapyou.

  • To sirchu88: No problem. You are welcome. I live in Los Angeles, although I didn't live here in 1971, I studied geology at UCLA. I'm familiar with the major quakes in the LA area that have occurred in the past 50 years or so. This is an interesting video & I wasn't sure if it shows a real quake or not. Then I read the comments and found out that it isn't a real earthquake! Kind of dissapointing. But still interesting.

  • I was in the '71 (Sylmar) and the '94 (Northridge) quake. In a real earthquake, the table would not be so cooperative. Everything in the room would be trashed.

  • hahaha TIN TONG SHIN SHANG!! UNDER TA TABLE!!!

  • UNTER TA TABEL!!!

  • In the museum and on a vacation, nothing more

  • That was an earthquake simulator, not a real earthquake!

  • OH NO OUR HOUSE ON A MOVIE THEATER HAN SING! LOOK OUT THE WINDoW AS MOVIES PASS BY WAAAAAAAA!
