@GungraveZ1 its a glyph called "Glyph of Unleashed Lightning" wich makes u able to run and cast Lightning bolt ONLY, then they have "Spiritwalkers Grace" (normal spell) wich does so they can run and cast every spell they have for a limited amont of time. Hope that helped ya :)
