Commissioner Gordon once again shows his ineptitude when he says "A Batfight seldom takes more than 40 seconds". The one in this episode takes almost two minutes and that's beside the fact that half of it is done without villains and the other half without the lights on. Cheapest Batfight ever.
Those 6 Arch-villains are obviously doubles. For one thing it would be too expensive to have all the big stars in a single episode (even though the series was drawing to a close). And for another, the real arch-villains would never agree to Dr. Cassandra taking on the leader role!

After this store owner was such a jerk, it was almost a pleasure to see Dr. Cassandra steal the jewel.
Too bad Batman didn't recover and tell the store owner (about the stolen jewel) "It's not my problem and I don't want to get involved."
