Sad that your ambush video didn't even get noticed. Jeff was right. EFCA does NOT take away a "secret ballot," not does it let "organizers choose." It allows the workers to choose. If the majority have already signed cards, there is no need to go through an employer-intimidated "secret" ballot process. It also allows challenges to card check if intimidation or coercion is claimed. This actually just restores previous rules which prevented employers from rejecting unions in bad faith. You lose.
