And it's not the game developers you need to blame. It's people with skewed perceptions on reality and "fun." I'm referring of course to my project leader from when I used to be a member of OLP.

Also, in the tower, I don't know if you found it, but if you looked around more carefully at the top, you would have found a rare Spring artifact, AK-74, two VOG nades, and some med supplies.

I think I might have taken some of that stuff already. Sometimes I play off different saved games when I make these videos. I have a huge archive of saved games so I can go back and enjoy any part of the story at any time. In my opinion, authenticity actually enhances gameplay rather than decreasing it.

Are there any new weapons in Priboi? As for ObLost, I try to keep my criticisms constructive. I really do. But when you have a VSS Vintorez that holds 30 rounds in a magazine that's clearly a 10-rounder, it tends to strip away at the authenticity GSC originally intended (which wasn't 100%, but still, they're aiming higher than most).

there are some wpns, but i dont think hat priboi is all about wpns. we wanted to make a new story, and add more adventure elements from those games we like (res evil, alone in the dark, silent hill) ... where you need to search and combine a lot, not just "run and gun".

Oh, I understand that. And I like the vibe of all those games. But STALKER was never "run and gun." I mean sure, you do a lot of running, but for practical reasons (like not getting your face bitten off by a pseudogiant).

I really liked Priboi story. I loved the new weapons along with the plot of the whole thing; along with being friends with the military. I loved the cars, too.

However I never went to the NPP yet... I need to install that mod again!

Yeah, you're missing out on Priboi. It has some patches you need or it can be very very crashy (at least for me). Overall, I'd rate Priboi Story 9.9 out of 10. It's awesome.

That's the opposite of what you'd expect since slugs of any type are generally used for hunting large game.

Whereas here slugs are only useful for human enemies...But I don't think you're gonna use shotguns for anything besides mutants in this game.

the shotgun should only have like, 3 rounds, but it has 5?

5 is correct with a shotgun of that length. The barrel would be 12.5 inches fitting flush with the magazine. The magazine would hold 4 rounds, plus there'd be a round in the chamber. With Magnums, you'd get a -1 capacity because of the extra .25" length per shell.

That would be a 10" barrel. 2+1 would be a 7.5" barrel (like the Serbu Super-Shorty). I'm fairly sure this particular Benelli has a 12.5" barrel.

I modded the benelli to have slightly tighter buckshot grouping, and the slugs (non-fin, the darts as weak as hell) are more powerful now. Will stick a vid up. The Saiga actually has pretty decent grouping without making any mods, its a great substitute for a rifle early on. I'll get a vid up eventually lol.

Oh sorry forgot to mention heheh. I found one in Agroprom, on the floor inside one of the buildings in that area where you have to help the other stalkers fight off the military. Also I recall finding another one somewhere else, but I forgot where ^_^'

Oh I didn't know that. One time a bunch of bandits armed with P90's bum rushed the Bar, that was pretty funny. I got like 7 P90's out of it!
