I first met Arthur in the late 60's on the Strip.
He was leaning up against the brick wall of the Whiskey A-Go-Go.
I didn't see him again until the 90's, before he was sent back to prison on that violation.
He was a tortured soul and a musical genius.
All of that group were awesome. Some are still alive today. No all.
