  • Could someone explain how the Environmental Protection Agency "aggregates" campaign contributions? I'm pretty sure if that were true, some folks would be going to jail given that EPA is a public agency.

  • @voteash It's an aggregation of the personal contributions of those working for the EPA.

    Once on Poligraft, we explain this thusly:

    Represents total campaign contributions from an organization's employees and/or its PAC.
