I used a spare flybar rod and cut it to fit from the swash to the grips, this should give it more control! Just suggestion. By the way, great focus on the flybarless! Most people would have given up on the first attempt! Once again great job.

I see you are not using stabilisation, does this mean you just fly with the gyro on it, and no electronic stabi like beastx, gu365, align 3g?

How do yu that, what modifactins are needed for this? Do you need to aplly special mixing in your radio?
