I think I've pieced together Homer's outrage. At the World's Biggest Pull-Tab, they sell big chewy pretzels for really cheap (maybe even free). But then those tricky bastards charge $5 per beer. And you're so thirsty from the pretzels that you end up paying the exorbitant price.
