you gotta beat apollo flame in the parrlel world then burai/solo calls you and tell you to level your in-game brothers link power(sonia,luna,zack and bud's link power)then you fight soloSX(i think that what he called maybe SP) after that you can fight le mu xa

acually by doing that code u get rogue form and the power up is separate. u dont have to equip the rogue mega if u want to use mega chips

actually, go to mega's screen, press select, and enter a code...u can get rogue form and a lot of good power ups o its pretty easy to get that much hp.
