for those who cant get on to Localhost/admin try turn of your skype (if u have it on).

If it still dont work try to tur of MySQL and if you dont have it up go press Ctrl+Alt+Del and go to process and turn of MySqld. (If you use w7 u might nned to go to "show process for all users" and then turn if of).

it can possibly because the skype uses port 80, and sql too.

u have to turn off the skype, and run the sql file ;)

@Idiotldol Probably the reason you couldnt get it to work is because you have to use the Batch files in a certain order, and you have to keep them all open.

Run the setup.xampp or whatever, then do what it says. Once it has done that, it will ask you to press any button and it will close.

Then run the programs in this order: apache_start, dslan_start, mysql_start

It should work if you do it in that order, but you must keep all 3 BATCH files open while you hold the server
