  • The writers of this episode, Fred Freeman and Lawrence J. Cohen, also did Season 1's "Abner Kadabra", which also was a showcase for both Alice Pearce and George Tobias. It's no surprise they would have held this episode back as a tribute after Pierce died, though it would have been interesting to see what the original opening segment of the show was, since it was eliminated in order to insert the new set-up for the flashback with a post-pregnancy Liz.

  • She was battling cancer while filming this? That must've been so painful.

  • She was no where near that switch when the light came on. I can't believe he fell for that lol.

  • If she just innocently flipped the switch, the timing does not add up. Or was she teaching him a little lesson because he was so paranoid?

  • Sadly, most of the cast are gone. Of the regulars, only Dr. Bombay, the Tabithas, and Adam are still with us. May they rest in peace.

  • lol black hair when she was younger :P blonde when she grows up

  • The cast saved this for the finale of season 2 in memory of Alice Pearce.. Mrs. Kravitz died at 48 during the middle of the season of cancer. She was the best Mrs. Kravitz, snoopy and annoyingly funny. I hope she's been at peace. Thanks for the laughs! Elizabeth Montgomery accepted a best supporting actress Emmy on her behalf posthumously. Elizabeth went too soon too. SO many of the cast is now gone. Thanks for uploading this old but still funny and wonderful show.

  • You're right, most of them are dead now. Alice Pearce was just the first of them. She died of cancer. So did Elizabeth Montgomery, Dick Sargent and Agnes Moorehead. Larry Tate and Aunt Clara died of heart failure. Dick York died of a lung disease.

  • i thought dick york died of aids!

  • Not at all. He died of an emphysema. That hasn't got anything to do with HIV.

  • funny...i heard the aids rumour too....makes me wonder why that ever came aout....

  • @terryshilo that's sad. i loved the old mrs. kravitz!

  • @charrycharry Agreed, Charrycharry!

  • @terryshilo I just found out that Alice Pearce had known she was terminal when she agreed to do the series. This was the last episode shown with her in it, but which was the last one filmed? I never would have guessed anything was wrong with her.

  • @terryshilo I just read someone said this was filmed on 6/24/1965, so I'd guess this wasn't really her last appearance.

  • thanks for a great episode...I loved this show as a kid

  • like locusts....hahaha
