Well he was cos he won 4 medals in a country and in front of a man that was soo sadistic and evil in his way of thinkin of killing and murderin peepz...Jesse Owens has become an icon because even though he wasnt interested in Hitlers Politics...he Stood up to him and said Im the bigger man and I can defeat Prejudice even if its just a small jesture!!!
