Sapp's prediction was my prediction after knowing who would fight who. Even someone that doesn't know anything about K-1 would've predict it.

But I don't agree on Sapp's winner, the winner will be Overeem or Schilt.

I was in Japan watching the the K1 eliminations and the show was a complete let down, even though on free to air TV.

Aerts and Jerome Le Banner looked so old they should be on a champions circuit. (Musashi was fat!)

Overeem couldn't finish Aerts legally and looked quite uncomfortable as he ate Aerts but seems to be more comfortable in MMA, not K1.

Badr Hari was dynamic and made short work of his small and ordinary opponent.

Hari very easily in my books if he is not DQ

Badrs far more skilled than LeBanner. LeBanner is pretty one denetional these days, mostly a boxer. Badr is leathal with all weapons. And you really need to look into Badrs history a little more before you have a go at me. Like i said, i like LeBanner, but his skills are no where near Badrs.

Badr has far more skill that JLB. LeBanners been around a long time, but Badr was born, raised and trained in Holland with the worlds best. He is bigger, stronger and faster than hes ever been, he is at his prime. After seeing his Qualifying fight id say Badr is a heavy favorite. LeBanner unfortuanetly stands no chance, out first round..

JLB will never win this thing. I really hope so, because he is the guy who deserves it the most, he is the uncrowned king. But I have to be honest, IF JLB defeats Schilt he has to Face Bonjasky and after that Hari or Overeem....he can't win this,

I think Schilt as a very good chance to win, but if he faces Badr Hari in the final I think he might loose again...but maybe he won't be played around with twice?

I dont think LeBanner has any hope at all to win this, zero chance. My money is on Remy, second pick would be Badr, if he doesnt walk into a hard punch along the way ;)

I agree Remy has a good chance, BUT this year will be hard for him.

1. He fights well against agressive fighters, but he has shown us before he has a lot of trouble with fighters like Schilt.

2. Badr is more focust than ever, he will NEVER ever let Remy win again, (maybe he will lose to Overeem though) there is a bigger chance that Badr takes out a gun of his glove and shoots Remy than see him win the WGP 09. ;-)

lol, agreed. But i think Badr has improved a world since he last faught Overeem. Badr will destroy him this time round if it happens. He has far too much for Shcilt, hes too big strong and fast now even for Remy, who was my original pick before i saw Badrs form comming into this tournament. Badr all the way!
