Religion - the way once knew it? Yes.
The science is rapidly eating away at the foundations of all the silly traditions that came before.
Logic will replace fear and the largest, most efficient (and non-taxed) money making machine in the history of civilization will fall apart at the seams, and return to the dust.
Armies of religious vampires will have to go out into the real world and earn a living.
Now that's frightening.

When were primitive - they served a purpose, making us feel as if we had some small control over the frightening nature around us. That time has passed. We've outgrown the need.
We communicate and share ideas millions of times faster than we did just a hundred years ago. The first sign that religion is failing will be empty collection baskets. Then people in the faith industry will actually have to practice the 'vow of poverty' routine they've professed since the Middle Ages. Poor bastards.

Oh Man, that is such a sad little site.
The most hilarious comment was the "1,000 piece puzzle" example. I'm sorry you are stuck, mentally, where you are. I don't really care all that much, but it is sad anyway.
I hope you get to have your brain back someday, because someone else has it presently.
It still amazes me that some folks can not see that real science constantly questions itself and given complete peer review - is willing to change its perspective freely.

Religion did not need to tell about origin of life.Nor did evolution say any such thing.
Evolution by way of natural selection supposed that the individual predominate as per their ability to survive the changing environment.This is God-Gifted phenomenon which exists per se and does not explain existence of life on earth.

No, actually, if mankind doesn't blow itself up beforehand - science will be refined to the point where all the pieces/gaps/doubts are filled in and answered.
The childish fantasy that "We are created in His image" will be laughed at in less than a hundred years and the threat of condemnation in the afterlife will evaporate like a nasty fart.
This is why the Old Testament wasn't good enough for Christians (funny, it's just fine for the Jews) and 'the human connection' (Jesus)
in the New book.

Thats is your opinion.
Some people dont ever feel the need to even concern themselves about a Creator they are raised in a non-threatened way and educate themselves about reality.
They realize theres nothing in the dark that isnt there in the light.
They dont have the need to dominate their children with stories of agonizing death and jumping from hot rock to hot rock, for eternity.
That act is little better than child molestation.
Maybe worse.

It is a black lie - used to do nothing to instill fear and control. Institutional slavery and socially acceptable until now.

Regardless of this astounding find....The question still remains the same. Where did everything we and the universe are made of come from? Chemicals,minerals,oxygen, H20,atoms etc... had to come from somewhere..and if it was a god or an alien or whatever YOU want to call it..who or what made them. Personally I find the whole thing fascinating.
