I purchased this TV. In one year, as soon as the warranty expired, so did this TV. Samsung does nothing for customer service. I lost hundreds of dollars, but Samsung also lost a customer. I will now only purchase LG or Sony TV’s.

the interfaceport he talks about at 1:30 is for a CD-Modul like an alphacrypt/light for...which is needed for digital tv via the inbuild DVB-C tuner...so no reciver needed

hem, you mentioned all the ports on the back being crowded into one corner and thought it would be better to be spread across the back, but think of simplicity, do you really want loads of different wires going across the back of the television instead of all in one place where you can clip them together with a wire clip ;)

As the freeview is built in, is it displayed in hd?

Yeah as @lukecook3 said, although the TV is HD the freeview input isn't. If you're looking for one with HD freeview you'll need to get one with Freesat built in or get a Freeview HD set top box

Depends where you go really, just keep an eye out for advertisements on Christmas day and you should be able to find a good deal. This model was originally £499 I think, but in the sale it was just £297

Yeah it has 3 HDMI ports and the resolution is brilliant so the game quality will be really good. It's never broken on me and I use it for at least 6 hours a day so you should be fine, Samsung make brilliant quality TVs and have good customer service!
