Haha there was a big stone fireplace like that at a resort I stayed at with my family a couple years back. No one in the lobby so I decided to scale it. The manager wasn't sure to be bad or astounded when he came running down to see me half way up lol.
That sounds about right. It's balancey and awkward, but by no means hard climbing. V0 or whatever. I had fun figuring out that route, but there are probably much more straightforward ways to do it as well.
Cool man. My friends and I have been trying it around each others houses recently, not going very well. We don't have stone chimneys, only white walls which pick up huge black smudges from climbing shoes!
Super sweet, I have something just like this in my house. Nice bouldering on off days.
