Sorry for the ignorant question, but what was this? Was it a film or just some promotion video? I love how she says "I'm not sure it has anything to do with the environmental movement, however". :-)) Meryl is a goddess. Besides, what they say is also true! :)

I know you asked this question about the scene you saw with Meryl Streep in "The Earth Day Special" which which was only aired once in 1990 because of the censors, there was some distasteful comedy such as Sagat's and Dangerfield's "Shower with a freind routine". This I know reached many ppl, unfortunatley the powers that be found this special to be depressing and unneccessary, the next year 10 and 11 yr old children were anticipating the next special that nvr happened.
