For me, personally dieting is not something that i do to look skinny. Being big might be beautiful, but i think girls are beautiful in all sizes. So, when being a bit smaller is a lot better for your health and we're beautiful in all sizes, why not lose some weight?

well you guys sure make us ladies feel good, and yes, body fat determines the size of the natural breast, the less fat, the less breast. What I find freakish is the women who diet, cut, lift weights and then, when their boobs are gone (duh, low body fat they wanted), go and get implants. That is the definition of insanity. you want big boobs? You have to have body fat. Otherwise you are an artificial freak. I think it's ugly. IF you want to cut and compete in figure, accept being flat.

dieting isn't just about losing fat it is about keeping a healthy body with a well balanced diet of nutrients and vitamins.

A lot of these women gorge on sweets and high fat foods, I'm not saying that people should never indulge but it is ridiculous to say dieting is bad because then you can have big boobs.

A lot of fat women dont even have large breasts it is merely genetic luck naturally enhanced by their fat percentage.

you're absolutely right. Eating junk is dumb, but you know, a lot of women think dieting = losing weight and that's it. they'd eat 2 leaves of lettuce a day if they could. I want to see women who know their way around weightroom and healthy food but at the same time keep a higher body fat percentage ;) No excuses. That'd mean big PERKY boobs and tight curves. Somehow most people, especially diet crazed women, don't realize the two can go together. Iam far from thin, got my labs back, almost perfect , but I do weights, I bike six miles a day and I have curves. And I have a large bust. Am healthy. I do not eat dairy or a number of other bad foods because of allergies. Favor low carb, my daughter is a diabetic and I follow her example. Quite happy most of the time, but not as 'small' as most men think is attractive, despite being healthy at my age (38). And for big boobs,there's a limit on perky, full is the idea (i.e. no socks).
