@sukhishonta Run 20 minutes a day 4-5 times a week. If you can't run for 20 minutes straight, then just do your best and then walk. Try not to eat any foods that have a high fat content. For example, no cheese, no mayonnaise, etc. Also cut your sugars out. Soda, candy, etc. Eat 4-5 SMALL healthy meals throughout the day. Eating throughout the day keeps your metabolism running and burning fat at a constant pace.
I followed these steps and lost 25lbs in about 4 months and I am 12% body fat.

don't see alot of you but when we do you explode with great size, shape and definition. the biceps have great size and shape working but need a little more work to get the peaks popping. also, to balance the rest of your upper body, work on the traps a tad more too. Get those two areas growing and you'll have the total package complete! Great work dude!!!!! keep it moving forward and growing.
