@StylerXxXStyler Brazil. There are a few towns, usually very high above sea level, where it snows, but i've never been to those places, i'm usually working/studying around winter time. Last time it "snowed" in my home town, although not nearly as much as in this Wellington video, was in 1975 (/watch?v=gJIfp5hukyc), so i was about 10 years too late. A very specific set of factors where in place, so it was a pretty rare occurrence. Hail storms are not that uncommon though.
