However some claim black because their black features (for many) are obvious at first glance to people, sometimes non-blacks would refer to them as "the black girl or black guy". However a biracial person would be denying one side if he or she were to lie about being mixed when asked.

The people that invented the "one drop rule" obviously did not take a DNA test themselves because like George here, they probably would have found Black heritage as well, even just a small amount. 4% is more than one drop. So is George Black now? The One Drop Rule inventors were pretty much assuming they had no Black heritage. Or less than 1/ 18th. But even if someone has less than 1/ 18 its still a "drop". What if someone has half a drop? Are they Black? Proves how ignorant that rule has been.
