  • I too have the Digital Holster 50 and have used it for the past 2 years.

The thing I like best is I can fit in my D700 with battery grip, 70-200 2.8, TC14 converter and keep the hood attached... Fantastic! I use it all the time and probably more than any other bag / case.

  • Thanks a lot for such an informative upload. I had almost read all reviews on thi product. I am planning to buy a 70-200 2.8 II for my 500D with grip and I was thinking of this holster. Most of the forums were confusing because everybody was using a different terminology to describe the pros and cons. Yours was quite helpful. I will try to contact you in case I have any further questions.

    Best of the best regards,

    Hanif from Tabriz, Iran.

  • what holster do you recommend for nikon d5000 with battery grip. thank sir! nice shirt btw! :)

  • @MrKorean30 I'm glad you like the shirt :-) It's from froknowsphoto -- What lens will you have on your D5000? --Sime

  • @visper its gonna be nikkor 18-55mm with battery grip. tnx pal.

  • @MrKorean30 I'd say that the Digital Holster 10 V2.0 would be just fine for you, unless you plan on getting a longer lens sometime soon?

  • @visper even with battery grip attached to it?! i really appreciate your responses sir.

  • @MrKorean30 If you have the grip, the holster 10 won't be wide enough to take the grip, I would think you need the 40, but just email thinktank from their website and ask, they are pretty quick with answers.

  • i've bought this one,too.Very useful.Fantastic!
