Loads of people are saying that he copied the crazy train riff. He did it on purpose dicks, welcome to Buckethead land was made as a tribute to Randy Rhodes and therefore put a similar riff in to make it more of a fitting tribute.

This song IS called "Intro - Park Theme". The song was redone for Giant Robot, in which it was renamed "Welcome to Bucketheadland", but this is the version from the Bucketheadland CD not Giant Robot.
