This is a good competition for the US MNT. It gives Bob Bradley a chance to play guys like Holden, Cooper, Torres and Adu to nail down a spot for WCQ spots.
I'd like to see both Torres and Adu get significant playing time in the playmaker role, Cooper as a target man and Holden in the midfield. Going into the world cup we will need some more options then we have now. We also need to nail down that left back position, something Bornstein or Pearce can nail down.
My girlfriend doesn't have FSC in her apartment here in Detroit, so it looks like I'm going to have to brave the crowds out at the local pubs/sports bars to see my boys play. Good luck against Grenada!
holden is quite good, some team from europe need to pick him up. I know one guy from Legia is looking for players at the Gold cup. Come on, it would be awesome if Holden got picked up.
Give big props to Coach Bradley for playing younger players in the Gold Cup.....like Charlie Davies, Benny Feilhaber, and Jozy Altidore

You can watch the games free online at ESPN360. Pretty cool. They also have MLS games.
