why does it say on your screen Element: None, when it does have Elements on it. Wind, Holy and Ice. ps what does Holy do?

doews anybody even use the staff of the magi? i found the staffs to be useless throughout pretty much the whole game.

I will use it since my Black mage can only equip staves and they're more than useful when you wanna use magic
