Day 3 I was so bored. I started adding weights to challenge myself. The aerobics didn't last long enough to get you into the aerobic zone. You can't seamlessly transition between Yoga, Strength & Balance. Wii Fit should allow the user to create their own program, set time length for a custom program that would allow them to run a program that started with aerobic, moved into weight training, and ending with Yoga without having to stop & start.
I would not purchase this again and I'm 54.

im getting a wii this summer , im also going to buy this because its great ! I've try it this week in Angrinion Carrefour.

Not to kill your joke, but BMI is calculated purely on weight, therefore, a fat guy will likely be marked as having a better BMI that someone who is very muscular.
