@Kafj302 That's Jessica, the kid that was on all these documentaries on obesity. She lost a LOT of weight since then last I read though, iirc, she got some kind of surgery, and was placed on a strict diet... she actually looks pretty hot now.

Ahh, I found the news video of her - cNATWsVVwgo (do a YouTube search for that ID.)
And I was mistaken... she lost 320 pounds with NO surgery. She's going to need it to remove all the loose skin though. It's kinda like Fat Bastard at the end of GoldMember.
