Lastly... there were "NO" such things as INKJET printers in the 60.s... even my own Hawaiian Birth Certificate has both, hand written and manual type writer data inputted.. furthermore, where is the notary seals, raised stamps, countersign, etc... I was born in Hawaii during this time frame also.. and my Official Hawaiian Birth Certificate does NOT look like this Fake..

This scanned document would never pass in a court of law. Too many errors and layers to be a legitimate scan. Why not submit a clean scan instead of spending over a million freezing all of Obama's records makes you pause and wonder. This is not the way for vetting anyone to the highest office of the land. I am a Democrat and wonder why this is the first President we have not seen his college records. Why is Obama the one to get the veil of secrecy pulled over him with no media investigation?

It was cropped approx 1 hatch-mark around the entire document. FYI I think this is undeniably the best proof we have that makes this an altered document. You cannot blame this on Optimization. It's clearly been tampered with.

What you are seeing is a layer they took out of the original. I put this in Adobe and saw all the crazy layers. One was a 1/4 inch background around the edges that was removed. Nice find and this is the reason you cannot see it in the original. :)

It's amazing that the White House released the document in layers without merging them. It's clearly a fake. Anyone with proficiency in Adobe products can prove the document is a fake. I can't believe the Adobe corporation itself hasn't said anything.

My question for everyone is whether some of these things are artifacts of the programs people are using. It would be interesting to see a plain old color photo or Infrared photo of the Birth Certificate. My suspicion is that the birthers are grasping at straws.

I have yet to see anyone mention the scanner shadow that appears to the left of the document field. These shadows occur when the document is curled back from the copier bed during the photocopy process, as when scanning a page from a book, for example. If the document were one consistent page, the shadow would have appeared down the entire side of the document. Also, certified birth documents usually contain a stamp or crimped seal as opposed to "safety paper" to legitimize the document.

I don't even know why they would take a scan from a book and match it up with another picture of green-safety-paper.. What was the point of that? It is like whomever did it was BEGGING for people to really look at this, and for the person(s) to FIND this truth.

Odd how those numbers or artifacts showed-up, in an "official" paper such as this, from "our" White-house. Hmm.

I have filed a Petition of Objection with the State of Kansas. They will obtain a copy of Obama's long form. They will not accept any document without an embossed dept of health seal. On Obama's COLB they went to great lengths to show in detail the embossed seal.

Show me by any means created on this PDF long form an embossed seal from the Department of Health and why is it so evidently clear that it is not present on this document. One must be able to feel the seal with your hand

Going where no birther has gone before. Very good. There is a lot analysis that needs to be done to discover how they created this fraud. As you know there are many ways to do things. I know very little about Corel Draw but I did notice what I though were two blank layers in ILL. The last layer is a clipping path where they cropped the document. It hides those marks you saw. Clearly evidence that this is the work of humans! Not mysterious OCR or Optimizing results. There is no OCR date (fonts).

OCR or optimizing a scanned doc does not CROP things which makes this a tampered document. Not many people noticed this layer. They cannot debunk this. So if the doc was cropped we need to ask WHY. Also if it was cropped, what else did they do? I wish people would look at this simple anomaly ask questions and demand answers.

The document was clipped so that it could be printed off an 8.5"x11" printer. Those marks are smudges from the typewriter, obviously.

For two, adobe pro optimizer has several settings and will create "layers" with different properties as can easily be proven by anybody w/ adobe pro acrobat software.
