these trainers are retarded, 4 pounds in a week is good, even 2 pounds a week is good, when you exercise properly and eat properly you won't see a massive change because people gain muscle while losing weight...if your 300 plus yes you will see a big big drop but around the 200lbs mark your body has stopped shedding water weight and your starting to burn of the real tough fat.

I think the reason why so many women want to belong to the Jillian Michaels clique is because she is a tough, confident woman. If she was still in high school she would be the popular queen bee of clique every girl want to belong to. There is no denying the fact that Jillian is super cool. The only difference with my high school analogy is that high school bullying is very destructive. Jillian's bullying is to the benefit of the target recipient. I too would listen to JM. Too scared not to.

I really think that Filipe and Sione need to atleast talk to Jillian. They obviously have lost a lot more weight when they have trained with Jillian. And all of the people that have won the show except for the season Jillian wasnt there have been trained by Jillian. If they were smart they would go back.

The most i've done was 5.89 miles in an hour. But it was 3 month ago. But i tried to do 12 miles per hour for 30 seconds, as some of the boys did, It's tought, very. Even not beeing overweight. I'm 158 pounds, need to lose about 14, but I stuggled on the treidmill. But it's great. Sence of accopmlpishment. Like yes i've done it. And i know I can do it.

So it's great to see that they can do something, and then try bit by bit yourself.

Afret watching hole episod just now, I can tell that Aubrey changed a lot.

But i like USA one better, I saw few episods from Australian, it's only about game play mostly.

It's kind of entertainment, not show about people changing lives.

I didn't like Helen in some moments.

But it was great to see all of them runing half marathon.

Ur parental instincts r showin. Mike would be my 2nd pick I would want win. He reminds me of my little brother. I think cause he stayed focused and not stress out when he was off the ranch helped him to lose respectable amt of wgt. He's a nice kid. Hasn't had a chance to really play the game. He did everything right so far. Kept his mouth shut. Did everything trainer told him to. @ some pt he is going have to start playin the game. Kudos to him for givin up his yr of free groceries to Aubrey.

Tara is also stressing herself out. The body tends to produce cortisol when under stress. This inhibits the body's ability to lose wgt.

Even though I like Tara's drive and competitive nature, I'm finding it hard to root for anybody on black team. So far, this competition has been too one-sided. The underdog which I favor would have to be Aubrey. She has shown more heart than anybody on the ranch. Unlikely, but I hope she wins.
