The flute playing in the back sounds like a little kid having a hard time. It would have been better if you pointed the pockets at the camera so we could get a better idea what you were talking about.

Once again, I've learned another awesome trick. xD I had a little trouble with the pocket but I used my brain a little more and noticed the pocket when I actually let the video run through a little more. =D Thanks again.
awesome video. just made my first balloon and thinking of using them as tree ornaments this year, since glass globe are too dangerous for the little kids.
NOTE: This video was a bit dark, so I have loaded up a new, brighter version of the balloon instructions. If you're having trouble seeing this one, give my new one a try!
I don't think that would work - the dollar bill is long and skinny, so the pieces wouldn't connect together, and with the bill having thicker paper, it would be challenging to make some of the smaller folds.
Thanks so much! I try to be quiet and informative; I know folding origami can be really confusing at first, so I try to explain each step. You never know where someone will get stuck :)
Thank you for posting a few of these videos. It made me wanna try my hand at origami again. These instructions help alot thank you.(the music is fine)
I understand. I can see why you'd want to use the music, and it's great! It just gets a little repititious (spelling). You do great work though, I love it!
LOL so you want me to play different music in each different video? I suppose I could try to do that. I thought I had the music soft enough that it just provided a gentle oriental background, instead of having my parakeets fweeping non-stop ... but if you really want me to play a variety of traditional folk songs, I can attempt to do that. I can't use commercial songs for copyright reasons.
i gave up halfway.

I can't see through your fingers. Thanks for trying though.

Well I can't fold without fingers :) What minute point are you stuck at?
lisasheaorigami 3 years ago
Oh, I finally figured out where the "pockets" were, I couldn't tell where you wanted me to stick the corners, exactly.
Your video got me rolling though, thanks. That was hard to do with just reading the instructions and the pictures.

Is it possible to make a dollar bill origami baloon?
noredmx 4 years ago

Very good except your video is too dark! You need more lighting. It's hard to see what you're doing.
captmicha 4 years ago
I have worked on providing more thorough lighting in my later videos, please take a look at those and see if that has helped.
lisasheaorigami 4 years ago
They're a little bit better but the shadows make it hard to see some steps.

you have a very soothing voise and great directions

Definitely give origami a try - it might seem hard at first, but the more you practice, the easier it gets. It's perfect for gift giving and tipping!
lisasheaorigami 4 years ago
I understand that and really appreciate you telling me - I will use different background music for my next videos!
