Also, just a little known fact to help you with your body workouts - you can't have strong abs without having a strong lower back. Start toning and working on your lower back and upper back and then start to slowly alternate your back with your abs.... you will see results that 1) last longer 2) will help you with your posture - because you have a large chest 3) be more beneficial in the long run.

nice video, im a personal trainer, i think 30 mins cardio is enough! otherwise youll be in the gym for hours and quit after 2 months (ive seen it too many times). keep with 30 mins (and add weights like you said) but do it for the whole year. good job
