How do you do the combo on 0:33, I just can't manage how to realize it 'cause I can't fall into the ground before the opponent... any suggestions?

When you do 214+s you beginn to jiggle around with the stick and with the attack buttons, the max is 13 strikes i think, but i can do only 7.
