  • alot of help thank you gi

  • This actually doesn't work, as the cap is GLUED in. Hit the side all you want, it wont do shit. For those of you who don't want to drill holes on the cap, follow this brief solution at your own risk.

    - Put the corner of the cap under hot water for a minute, just to loosen the glue. Then try to pry the cap out with a knife by sticking it on the side of the cap and pushing up. Repeating this a few times, for me, got it open. Hope it helped.

  • THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! But there's one more problem. On one of mine I can't push the spring back through it, and so far I haven't found a way to push out a BB that I think is in the curving part of the spring guide. Help?

  • +1! Had 3 pmags jammed and this saved me $30 bucks in replacement costs. Ty much!

  • Check out my channel for a much better video ,I promise you I'll unjam your mags

  • 3/5 of mine jammed after one battle

  • 4 out of 10 mags had problems, my fix:

    1) use quality BB

    2) i removed the follower, only the spring remained, yeah it will work fine, even on crap BB then

The cap where it says 80 rounds it glued so it wont come off easy or at all. Then you have to remove the base plate and carefully open them in half with a knife and at the end glue them back together

I did the pop-open fix out in the field long time ago until i got tired and removed the follower, best and final solution

    Hope this helps

  • @TheMadman1144 Also if you tape the swivel part of the follower the mag will never jam.

  • I can't get the f*ckers off.

  • @Dp649

I bought mine from gi but mine have never fed properly

  • These caps are impossible to take off :(

  • Clip your nails Frank... jeez!!

  • Ok, I need help very badly. I was able to open the little round "hatch" thingie and the spring will NOT come out. it's like it's stuck in there. HELP!

  • i even put grip tape on all of my 10, spent 5 hours

  • This exactly happened to me lol, shouldve posted this earlier -.- i just returned mine a week ago lol

  • @PongoOfficial - Mine to. I had the tan ones..lol

  • @Danph77 saammmme herrrreeee LOLOLOL, they looked soooo nice

  • I got these from Evike during the holidays,

it lasted me a week :(

  • I bought a 5pack of these mags from evike and non of them will feed porperly into my m4 and i didn't over feed them and they still dont push bbs up into my gun. GI please help

  • @DEag1e50 Why should they help you with something you bought from their competitor...

  • @DytHlt2 i bought my guns from gi and when moneys tight in this economy you will buy where you can get deals asshole im just looking for help, I got 5 pmags for 45$ as opposed to 80$

  • My mags will jam no matter how many rounds I put into them :(

  • @xsjado128

My p-mag has that kind of problem too.

  • You can smack it on a table "lightly" all you want but that's going to get you anywhere. It might loosen it up, but that's it. Now I literally just did this; all you do is throw them on your carpet as hard as you can until you see the cap start to turn. Then from there you should be able to turn it yourself. And voila! The spring should come almost all the way out. You might need to put an unjamming rod in the other end.

  • There is a problem with your method i cant get the damn cap off these are shit i would like my refund now

  • I got my mags jammed? never order from evike this tought me

  • another thing you could do is stick an un jamming rod down it. it works and its a lot faster!!!

  • @multiELEMENT44 +1 for this. That is my solution instead of taking apart the mags :p. I love how he sprung the bb's out. Lucky you don't have an eye patch now Frank... Next time you might not be so lucky. Overall, pointless to have to buy mags and fix them right away. Just garbage if you ask me.

  • @Bigtr33z Breaking in your equipment, including guns, magazines, pouches, etc. is the step before your equipment works properly.

  • I have no idea how the hell he got that cap off. it's impossible! my thumbs are killing me :((

  • @gingerkid852 hit harder it has some gule under it that needs to break

  • I have a magpul pts CQB moe version from G&P i ourchased a set of pmags and they dont work could this be the issue?? Cause i can c all the followers on them

  • @JM4Nsportz That is not the problem. I have a G&P and the problem is the mag catch. You can either tape the mag or mag well so the mag sits tight, or you can buy a new mag catch. I found that my friend's JG mag catch allows me to use the P-Mags flawlessly. But, before you do any of that, make sure the mags feed in other guns and are properly broken in.

  • Please do more videos like this!!! call them something like tech tip from the last airsmith! lol or something like that but idc what u call it as long as we can have more useful tech tips for repairs and upgrades to our guns

  • the cap wont come off after banging it numerous times

  • @skatelife4197 trust me dont over do it just do it about as much as he does it takes alot of force i had to do it

  • cant get the cap off

  • We want more of Frank!Airsoft Tec Tips with Frank or so !!

  • Once its lubricated....lol 3:06

  • Silicone oil works wonders with midcaps, I had problems with my Ka Ak midcaps but then I sprayed some silicon oil in it and put some silicon oil into my speedloader with bb's then loaded and unloaded the mag few times. I haven't had any feeding problems since.

  • WTF if the spring and follower won't come the hell out of the mags?! I have three mags that the spring and follower will not come out of because they have a bb jammed in them some where gumming up the works. I've tried fishing it out with all manner of tools (Including a coat hanger) and the damn things won't come loose at all!

  • thank you! lol had this problem for a long time

  • i know this is kinda in the wrong place but i was curious if anyone knew what rig the assault class in bf3 was wearing ? the american and the russian :) any help is appreciated !

  • my mag did this and i was debating calling ASGI for assistance...lol. they read my mind.

  • Cool I just bought some acouple days ago, just waiting for them to arrive. Thanks for the heads up. :)

  • How did you guys not know this? O.o

  • Im SGT. Scott Gram from Los Angeles county sherriffs department. Airsoft Guns Can't be mistaken for real fire arms Never! carry them in the appropriate container and Always! take them out in public.

  • @navyteccs fuck you SGT. Dick fucker dont be the one to ruin airsoft for all of us

  • @marguello1220 u already did

  • @marguello1220

    lmao......

  • thanks for the video, but for future reviews i think that presenting the sponsors before and after like how you guys did in recent videos is better than putting them on the sides of the viewer

  • same problem with the pts mags... I just whip them as hard as I can at carpet, and they unjam.

  • thank you so much lol this really helps

  • wut are you supposed to count every BB you load? o_O

  • THANK YOU all 5 of mine were jammed after like the first day of use

  • I had this issue but i found an easier fix. Instead of taking off the "80" cap tao the mag like frank said and what i did is tap it until the bb guide and jammed bb are visible. Next i got an old unjamming rod and cut off the tip. I poke at the jam with the rod and it works 60% of the time everytime.... for those of you that dont get the reference this works everytime. Theese mags are durable dont worry about tapping them on a table or a wall.

  • Great vid! Helped me fix my mags.

  • finally problem solved time to use the p mag again

  • he doesnt sound asian...

  • I was having the same problem just the other day! Thanks ASGI

  • LoL. The mag had a orgasm at the end.

  • The only exiting part about this video is the small explosion at the end =D

  • Thanks! I was having this problem but with a different kind of P-Mag... I figured out how to disassemble it, but I also found out they have a tendency to explode.

  • That is the nastiest fucking beard I have ever seen...

  • @AbovtheBSproductions

"Beard"...lol, you obviously don't have ANY facial hair at all kid.

  • @Breakneckhydra1 Sorry to not keep up with the terms for facial hair, I usually just shave and dont grow it out.

  • Could you guys stock the Beta Project GBBR WA mags? I prefer them over the G&P Version. Please?

  • @PartNinja umm no?

  • @PartNinja No, you're also supposed to spray silicone in your hop-up every 3-4 months to keep it running smooth. I just read this the other day on ASGI's gun management articles.

  • @COREAirsofting - Just because GI says you should, doesn't mean they're right. Think about it.silicone oil is a slick lubricant. The hop-up puts back spin on the bbs via friction. If there is lube to make the hop-up slick, the bbs will not get a proper back spin. oil/dirt on bbs makes them fly irregularly. This is common sense, and physics...also having oil everywhere makes dirt/dust stick those areas...CLEAN your hop-up/mags but don't leave lubricants in them..

  • @PartNinja if you properly break in a mag with silicone there wont be any silicone getting onto your bbs or in your hoppup. you can't just spray it into the mag and throw it in your gun. spray unload, load new bbs, repeat several times

  • @PartNinja also lubing your bucking, can cause inconsistency but after the silicone wears out to an even coat all it does is reduce hoppup.... solution? turn it up

  • @PartNinja It also says it on most websites you'll find. You must do something different from me. Don't put too much on and it really improves performance. And to break in Mid-cap you're supposed to spray silicone in them.

  • Viewer 301, we've been expecting you.

  • He looks angry he even has to make this video lol. My P-Mag did this yesterday and jammed my gun too. 3 bb's stuck in the hop up. Dumb mistake overloading by me, but it happens.

  • I had almost the same thing happen to me except i did not overfill it, it actually jammed after loading about 30 rounds into it and i thought it was broke until it happened to another one of my mags (i have 6 and they are amazing) so i figured out what happened was sometimes there is a bb that gets stuck between the follower and the reservoir and i had to smack it pretty hard against a table and push down the follower.

  • @INZ4NEDISCIPLE That's what happens to me! Even when I short load the magazine to real cap, it still jams. Maybe it's the bbs I'm using.

  • @hobojoeisme What kind of bbs are you using? Im pretty sure thats not the problem but it very well could be.

  • @INZ4NEDISCIPLE The first time I used it I used Corsman .25g bbs. not the best, but it jammed. Then, I used my TSD .20g bbs. They still jam, even when I use silicone oil.

  • @hobojoeisme There is your problem. You use crappy bb's.

  • @outcastaairsoft TSD bbs are shitty? What bb's do you recommend then if TSD bb's are "crappy?"

  • I feel bad for who had to clean up all those bbs off of the floor.

  • thank you.but not all mag circle things will spin!?but thanks ill probably end up getting new ones anyways

  • How to get the cap off? I've tried and tried.

  • my friend has the actual magpul pts mag that is more expensive and he has this same problem and so do i with the betas however i made the mistake of paying to ship them back via rma

  • No matter what I do I cannot get the cap off. Any help?

  • ffs... get magpul Pmags and you won't have that problem

  • @Rogen4ever i have 1 and its friggin amazing

  • Got these from you guys for a GOOD PRICE and HONESTLY they feed as good as the magpul pts ones that cost twice as much

  • These mags got me killed yesterday

  • just so everyone knows, mid caps almost always get overloaded, i run 40-50 bbs in my 120 round king arms midcaps, it sucks but its true =/ just experiment with different amounts of bbs and see what works the best

  • OMG thank you guys so freckin much i thouught I was going to have to buy new mags tim bob frank thank you so freckin much guys you rock.

  • THANK YOU.

    'nuff said

  • not to be a troll here but its silicon not silicone :)

  • @legoman221 no offence taken.

English is not my mother tongue ^^

  • 301st viewer!!!!!!!!!!!

  • easiest fix : when you load em with a speedloader : as soon as you feel resistance while puhsing BB's in : STOP and you'll be fine.

Using silicone in your mags or for cleaning the inner barrel is kinda...stupid. It will eventually get onto your HopUp wich renders it useless unless you clean it with something that will clean oil.

  • How do i know whether i'm overloading it?

  • @AlexanderMazarakis when you buy a mid cap it should have a limit

  • @AlexanderMazarakis - Count as you load the bbs. I usually load 10-20 bbs less than the mag holds actually. This helps prevent jamming as well keeps the spring from getting too compressed. If it gets too compressed from use, it will not feed properly.

  • its not working for me

  • 301 views we meet again

  • @willischil11 stfu

  • @willischil11 Idiotic spammer, we meet again.

  • @willischil11 now 302

  • @willischil11

    Your mom, we meet again..

  • I'm surprised that the most expensive mags they sell are the least reliable.

  • @AlexanderMazarakis No these are the ten dollar ones not the pts ones for 30 dollars

  • Same thing happened to one of my G&P metal 120rd midcaps... Wonder if this will fix it...

  • FRANK IS A BAUS

  • I listen to a man with great facial hair.

  • IT WORKED

  • @actionfan1000 fuck your shit

  • omg thanks so much dude! one of my pmags got jammed like that and i didn't know how to fix it. i'm going to try it out now and see if it works.

  • As soon as I get a new magazine, a take bbs that came with my guns and I lubricate them with silicone and put them in the magazine and I have never had any feeding issues

  • @fifafanone Why are you lubing the inside of a mag? It will only attract grit into the springs.

You're not even supposed to lube real gun magazines, why should you do it for airsoft?

  • Fake and Gay!!!!!!!!

  • Treat your mags well. Or buy the ACTUAL Magpul PTS Pmags, they will never misfeed or jam as long as you own them.

  • what i do is just stick my cleaning and uncaming rod move up and down and it comes undone

  • Hey guys I'm a small channel lookin to get some more subscribers and views. I do gun reviews and will soon be doing in game videos. Thanks

  • this video is clearly fake.

  • @Apophis392 Whats fake?

  • FRANK THE TANK!!!

  • OMG he sprayed white stuff everywhere!!!

  • 3:08 ahhh!! i got hit in the eye!!

  • How about the people that bought these from you guys send them back and have you guys fix them, instead of if the user breaks his/her magazine from trying to fix it, and then voids their warranty or whatever?

  • @Pwninator84 theyre not broken its how the buyers treat them.this video is of how to make sure they DO NOT break. why would they send them back before breaking them? and if they arent broken why would they need to send them back? try to think just a little bit. its not that hard

  • @JDSureshot9292 The magazine has an unusual issue with it, that's the point of the PSA. If there is a fault in the magazine due to the manufaturer to begin with, it's ok to send it back to the retailer. But if you mess with it at all and try to fix it but end up making it worse, then the manufaturer or retailer would screw you out of your money for trying to fix their mistake.

  • @Pwninator84 no you are wrong. the magazine is perfectly fine UNLESS you overload it. how is stuffing more bbs than the magazine allows the manufacturers fault? the player should be smart enough to not overload it. the PSA was to tell people to watch the load count they cram into the mag.

  • @JDSureshot9292 It's a mid cap! How are you supposed to watch it so you don't overload it? Mid caps are supposed to be filled to the top and then not allow any more bbs so it DOESNT jam. And if it jams without warning then that's not the user's fault. It's not the user's responsibility to watch how many bbs are being put into the mag.

  • @Pwninator84 lol why are you getting mad? and there is a warning on the top of the mag that says 80 so unless your a total dumbass then you should know that 80 is the limit. duh.

  • @JDSureshot9292 Yeah, but unless if you have 5 minutes to kill counting every bb you put into the magazine. Most people aren't retarded to go "Hmmm, let's see! 1+1=2, 2+1=3, 3+1=4 all the way till they get to 80. They expect their midcaps to work fine. No other mid cap I've used has overloaded and jammed, so again it's the manufacturer's issue.

  • @Pwninator84 you only fill untill you feel resistance, some folk keep going and ram an extra couple of bb's in, any mag if you force it hard enough will do this, and what happens is the follower is forced in tight against the 1st bb, adding resistance, stopping the spring move.

    The mag is marked 80.

Is it the manufacterers fault if you force an extra gallon of fuel into your tank and it spills? no,

The mags are fine. cheap does not always mean rubbish.

  • @Pwninator84 No. You just do some math! each push of the speedloader is like 3 bbs. 80/3 = 26 pumps.

  • @Pwninator84 if you break one of those mags just buy taking them apart like that...well ur a dumb shit. I would also like to add that if you buy those mags, you get what you pay for, they cost 9 dollers a piece!

  • @Mrswaggersloth Lol I'm not going to buy those pieces of crap. But in order to fix it if it jams then you are forced to take it apart and attempt the fix

  • @Ascotyforfood retard lol

  • toow

  • woot
