It is actually a good thing that my dad made us break up since I was only 14 that way Brandon and I both went our seperate ways and experienced our own lives before getting back together. It made our relationship a lot stronger and we both know that we NEVER want to go through that pain of splitting up ever again. I agree, this song is too romantic for present day. When this song was released It was right before my senior year of HS, when you had a single boyfriend, there was no sexting or cell phones, no digital cameras with nude pics of yourself, no thongs.... It was just 15 years ago but it was such a different time.

@mandiloveskatie I was born in 1989, and I remember most of the 90's I have to say it was a better time than we are living in now. I miss the country music that came out then, I remember the first cell phone we got was for when we left to go on trips, and it had a tiny black and white screen, and was about the size, of a large man palm! All it did was make phone calls that was all!
