These days granite is standard at least it is for me, fancy would B onyx stone sinks or soap stone and other type materials on the floors and counter tops and themed colors and extras specially in Vegas where many places have advanced finishing and decor! I can't believe the new home deals in the $200k range in Vegas and how well finished they are, plain egg shell walls and carpet and trimmings isn't something you need to settle for in Las Vegas!
