  • I smoke before and after I work out, I went from 210 before I started worken out and Smoken now I have a 6 pack and weight 165 and I don't smoke cigarettes those are just bad for you

  • It's just like my father always said to me, "Our lungs were never meant to be a CHIMNEY!" By the way, he was a smoker for as many years as the kids now days start smoking, that's right around 15 years. My advice to everyone, if you want to do something with yourself, with your life, take the time out to say a prayer to God. Share with Him who knows you best! Ask God for what you desire, in a non-selfish manner. Remember, He will be judging us on our heart conditions when the time is right.

  • I think that's great that this guy was willing to share with us the IMPORTANCE of NOT smoking while we are EXERCISING!! I myself was stubborn, wanted to light up about 30 minutes after a work-out. It's just too hard for you (your body) as it is already, and then to go and hurt yourself just doesn't seem time consuming, does it? So either you continue being thick-headed, wanting your way all the time or nothing at all. Or you can take a chance and accept facts. We learn from our mistakes. gl

  • I quit smoking 1 month ago,it was done all of the sudden,no nicottine patches no nothing,just pure will power.I suggest everybody to do the same!

  • @IsaacIsMopped Right on! I agree with ya on that. And I think that more people should do the same! The world would be a better place if more people were more greatful, honest and loving towards everyone.

  • eventually CO dislodges from the hemoglobin in red blood cells and leaves your system, otherwise you'd be dead rather quickly. my advice is not have a cigarette quite awhile before your workout.

    About P90X:

    fitness should be a lifestyle choice. just get a gym membership. you'll need to be always increasing your weights if you want to look diesel.
